Museum tour: The healing art of the Jesuits

This guided tour will give you an interesting insight into the Jesuits' art of healing, who were leaders in this field for a long time. In the Historical Museum of the Paderborn Abbey, for example, there are exhibits from the Jesuit-run residence pharmacy in Büren.

The museum educators provide information about the exchange of knowledge between the religious order worldwide, but also about the lively correspondence between the Jesuits in Münster and Büren.

The herb beds in the castle garden, which were planted according to Jesuit plant lists, invite visitors to talk about tea, infusions and ointments.
